Getting around

Type thisWhat it does
/placesEvery place in the Klamath Basin: 210 of them in 13 areas. The Places tab in your inventory has the same list.
/way chiloquinPuts a marker on your screen that points the way. /way off removes it.
/landmarksThe places nearest to you.
/goto lava bedsJumps you to a place, on accounts that are allowed to. Part of the name is enough; a close name gives a numbered list, then /goto 2.

Places to try: the Klamath Living building in Klamath Falls, where everyone starts; Moore Park and Pelican Marina; Rocky Point and Agency Lake on Upper Klamath Lake; Kimball State Park on the Wood River; Crater Lake and Wizard Island; Lava Beds (go inside the caves: Skull Cave has ice).

Things to do

Basin Passport

Visit landmarks, headwaters and towns to collect stamps and badges. Type /passport.

Quests and coins

Three Daily Basin quests every day, daily chests and a weekly secret. Type /rewards, /clue and /leaderboard. Basin coins are for fun: they buy Wardrobe extras and have no cash value.

Fishing and wildlife

Find fish, deer, elk, pelicans, eagles, beavers and otters, most at the headwaters, marshes and refuges. /catches shows your fishing catches.

Boats

Take a rowboat, a motorboat or the Super Duck plane. /boats shows where; /getoff hops out.

Your character

Press I and open the Wardrobe, or type /wardrobe: pick one of 8 characters or build your own look. Your look is saved.

/nametag Your Name sets the name tag over your head. Keep it friendly, and never use your real full name or contact details.

Today's news

/news plays today's Oregon Living news, or walk up to the news board in Klamath Falls and press Play.
